Job Summary:

The position of a Back of Deli Cook at Chick-fil-A requires you to be accountable for ensuring that meals are prepared, arranged, and served in line with the established Chick-fil-A norms. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items
• Excel in all kitchen roles, from prepping ingredients to breading food items, frying, plating dishes, and maintaining kitchen organization
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are maintained in the kitchen consistently
• Maintain a constant check on the stock of supplies and ingredients and refill as needed
• Follow Chick-fil-A's prescribed methods for maintaining food safety and sanitation regulations
• Absorb and comply with the initiatives for new menu rollouts and staff training
• Notify management promptly if there are issues with the equipment
• Fulfill the assigned duties for opening or closing operations
• Follow all the regulations, standards, and protocols concerning behavior, appearance, and company requirements
• Engage in other associated duties as instructed

• - Consistent lifting of 45–50 lbs is a standard expectation
• Able to withstand standing for long periods
• The suitable candidate will be trained, even without prior experience

Salary:

• The hourly wage falls within the bracket of $17.00 to $18.00, contingent on the applicant's experience and the hours they can work
